What the platform is
Masane3na is an online directory that presents food factories, food ingredient suppliers and their products, and enables contact between them and buyers.
The platform is not a party to any transaction. It does not sell the products listed, does not handle payment, shipping or delivery, and does not guarantee product quality or any party's performance. Any agreement reached between a buyer and a factory is a direct relationship between those two parties alone.
Accounts
Browsing the directory requires no account. Sending quotation requests and contacting factories requires an account with a valid email address and WhatsApp number.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out through your account, and you agree to notify us of any unauthorised use.
Factory and supplier registration
The applicant undertakes that they are authorised to represent the establishment, that the information and documents provided are accurate and valid, and that they will keep them up to date.
All registration applications are subject to review. The platform may accept an application, reject it, or request further documents without stating reasons.
The platform may also suspend or unpublish any establishment where its information proves inaccurate, where it repeatedly fails to respond to buyer requests, or where it breaches these terms.
Published content
The establishment is responsible for the accuracy of the information, images, specifications and products it provides, and confirms that it holds the right to use the images and materials it uploads.
The establishment grants the platform a non-exclusive licence to display those materials, to edit and rewrite product descriptions editorially, and to publish them within the platform and in search engines, for as long as the establishment appears in the directory.
Prohibited use
- Providing false or impersonated information or documents.
- Sending fake requests or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Listing products that breach food safety regulations in the establishment's country or the buyer's country.
- Scraping the platform's data or republishing its content without written permission.
- Using the platform for any purpose contrary to applicable law.
Subscriptions and fees
The price and duration of each plan are shown before payment, and the term begins on the date of activation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the term ends.
Amounts paid are non-refundable. Automatic renewal may be cancelled at any time, and the subscription remains active until the end of its term.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as is, with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The platform accepts no liability for losses arising from dealings between a buyer and a factory, from information provided by a third party, or from any interruption of service.
Intellectual property
The Masane3na name, logo and platform design belong to its owner and may not be used without written permission.
Termination
You may request deletion of your account at any time. The platform may suspend any account that breaches these terms, without prejudice to its right to claim compensation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
These terms may be amended. Any material change will be announced on the platform before it takes effect, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
