From buyers: name, company name where given, email address, WhatsApp number, country, and the details of the quotation requests they send.
From factories and suppliers: establishment name, country and city, categories and products, trading terms such as minimum order quantity, packaging and shipping, certifications, images, official documents, and the contact person's name, phone number and email address.
Automatically: internet address, device and browser type, pages visited, and referral source.
What is published and what is not
Published to visitors: establishment name, country and city, categories, products, services and their descriptions, trading terms, and certifications.
Never published anywhere on the site: the contact person's name, phone number and email address, and all official documents. These are used inside the platform only.
How we use the data
- To operate your account and provide the platform's services.
- To route quotation requests to matching factories and manage the conversation between both parties.
- To review registration applications and verify the information and documents submitted.
- To send service notifications about your account and your requests.
- To send marketing messages only to those who have explicitly opted in.
- To improve the platform and measure page and advertising performance.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. Sharing is limited to:
- The details of a quotation request, which reach the factories matching that request.
- Technical service providers needed to run the platform, such as hosting, messaging and payment processing, and only to the extent required to perform their work.
- Official authorities where there is a legal obligation.
Retention
Account data is kept for as long as the account is active. When an account is deleted, its data is removed within ninety days, except where retention is required for accounting or legal purposes.
